How subscriptions work, renewals, and managing your plan.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions allow you to access paid features, higher limits, or enterprise capabilities on Skytells.
- Monthly or annual billing
- Automatic renewal (unless cancelled)
- Can be upgraded or downgraded anytime
Managing Your Subscription
- Go to Skytells Console → Billing → Subscriptions
- View your current plan and renewal date
- Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel as needed
Failed Renewals
If a renewal payment fails, you will be notified by email and in the Console. Service may be paused until payment is resolved.
