Credits & Rewards

Credits are a form of prepaid balance that can be used to pay for Skytells services. There are two main types:

• Chargable Credit: Purchased or deposited by the user (e.g., card deposit)
• Sponsored Credit: Issued by Skytells, partners, or as rewards (e.g., startup program, invite rewards)

How Credits Are Used

When you make a prediction or API request, Skytells will use your Sponsored Credit first (if available), then fallback to Chargable Credit. This order can be changed in your billing settings.

Checking Your Credit Balance

• Go to Skytells Console → Billing
• View balances for each credit type

Expiry & Restrictions

• Sponsored credits may have an expiry date or usage restrictions
• Chargable credits do not expire as long as your account is active

Credits from Partners & Rewards

• Partner Credits: Awarded through programs or partnerships
• Reward Credits: Earned via invite rewards, promotions, or campaigns

These are always used before your own deposited funds unless you change the order in your billing settings.
