Payment Methods
Supported payment methods for Skytells billing accounts.
Payment Methods
Skytells supports the following payment methods:
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more
- Prepaid Cards: Where supported
- Sponsored Credits: Credits issued by Skytells, partners, or rewards
Note: Bank transfers and PayPal are not supported at this time.
Adding or Updating Payment Methods
- Go to Skytells Console → Billing
- Click Add Payment Method
- Enter your card details
- Save changes
You can update or remove payment methods at any time. Only one active card is required, but you may add multiple for backup.
