What to do if your payment fails or is declined.

Payment Declines

If your payment is declined, Skytells will notify you by email and in the Console. Common reasons include:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Card expired
  • Bank restrictions
  • Incorrect card details

What to Do

  1. Check your card details and available balance
  2. Try a different payment method
  3. Contact your bank if the issue persists

Service Impact

If payment cannot be processed, your account may be paused until the issue is resolved. Credits and rewards may also be temporarily suspended.
