Q: Can I pay with PayPal or bank transfer?

A: Not at this time. Only credit/debit cards and sponsored credits are supported.


Q: How do I get an invoice?

A: All invoices are available in Console → Billing → Invoices.


Q: What is the difference between sponsored and chargable credit?

A: Sponsored credit is issued by Skytells, partners, or rewards and is used first by default. Chargable credit is your own deposited funds.


Q: Can I change the order of charges?

A: Yes, in your Billing Settings.


Q: What happens if my payment fails?

A: Your account may be paused until payment is resolved. See Payment Declines.
