Account Plans
Understand Skytells subscription plans, what each plan includes, and how to upgrade or downgrade.
What Are Plans?
Plans are subscription tiers that control what features and resources your account can access on the Skytells platform. Each plan defines limits for projects, apps, deployments, databases, and other platform capabilities.
Plans are separate from account tiers, which are based on your monthly credit spending and affect rate limits and API access. Think of it this way:
- Plan determines what you can use (feature access and resource quotas).
- Account tier determines how much you can use it (rate limits and concurrency).
Available Plans
Skytells offers four plans to match different stages of your journey:
| Plan | Best For |
|---|---|
| Free | Getting started, exploring the platform, and small experiments |
| Hobby | Personal projects and side builds that need more room to grow |
| Pro | Production workloads, teams, and professional use |
| Enterprise | Organizations that need custom SLAs, dedicated support, and tailored capacity |
For detailed plan features, limits, and pricing, visit the Plans page in the Skytells Console.

Plans vs Account Tiers
It's important to understand the distinction:
| Concept | What It Controls | How It Changes |
|---|---|---|
| Plan | Feature access, project limits, support level | You choose and upgrade/downgrade manually |
| Account tier | Rate limits, API concurrency, beta access | Automatically adjusts based on monthly spend |
For details on how account tiers affect rate limits and API access, see Account Tiers.
Billing
Plan changes take effect according to your billing cycle. For payment methods, invoices, and spending details, see Billing.
For a breakdown of how individual API calls and predictions are priced, see Pricing.
