Workspace Resources
Find and inspect every app and database you can access across all Skytells projects from one workspace inventory.
The Resources workspace is an account-wide inventory of the apps and databases in all projects you can access. It combines owned projects and projects where you are an accepted member, so you can locate a resource without opening projects one by one.
Open Projects > Resources in the Console sidebar.
Resources is a cross-project list, not a new resource owner. Every item still belongs to one project, and what you can open or change depends on your role in that project.
Exactly What Is Included

The inventory does not flatten ownership or permissions. Its purpose is discovery and status review across projects; detailed configuration remains resource-scoped inside the owning project.
Choose a View
Overview
See apps, app-derived resources such as Drops, and databases together across all accessible projects.
Apps
Focus on standard apps, Compose apps, and Drops, including their owning project and latest deployment state.
Databases
Focus on managed databases and quickly identify their project, engine, and current state.
The three views use the same workspace snapshot. Switching tabs or filtering does not trigger a separate project-by-project load, so you can move quickly between the combined and type-specific inventories.
Find a Resource
Open Resources
Select Resources under Projects in the main sidebar.
Pick the Narrowest View
Use Overview for a mixed inventory, Apps for deployable services, or Databases for data stores.
Search and Filter
Search by the resource or project information shown in the list. Combine search with the available filters to reduce large workspaces to the resource you need.
Inspect the Resource
Select a row to see its details and current status. The Console may perform a live status check at this point, so the detail can be newer than the status initially shown in the inventory.
Open the Owning Project
Follow the project or resource link to enter its full control panel for deployments, logs, environment variables, domains, monitoring, or settings.
Apps View
Use Resources > Apps to answer questions across all accessible projects, such as:
- Which project owns this app?
- Which apps are failing or still building?
- What was the latest deployment state?
- Where should I go to inspect logs or redeploy?
The inventory status is a fast workspace snapshot. Selecting an app can refresh its status from the deployment platform. To compare releases across projects, use Workspace Deployments. To inspect logs, redeploy, or work with the full history of one app, open that app's Deployments page.
Databases View
Use Resources > Databases to locate databases across all accessible projects and review their engine and state. Selecting a database can request a current live status before you open its project-scoped control panel.
Resource inventory access does not expose database credentials. Open the database inside its project and use the credentials appropriate to your role. Keep databases private unless an external connection is required.

Snapshot Status vs. Live Status
The initial list is optimized to load quickly and may briefly show the latest cached state. When you select a resource, the Console can request its live status. This distinction matters for apps that have just started building and databases that were just stopped or restarted.
If a state appears stale:
- Select the resource to request its current status.
- Open the resource detail page if you need operational controls.
- Check logs or deployment history before taking corrective action.

The workspace Resources page is different from Console products such as Speed Insights and Widgets. Here, Resources specifically means deployed apps and databases across your accessible projects.
